I would suggest after changing to CSV file, using a service called "CONSTANT CONTACT" - it offers full database management as well as ability to track who is reading the emails and opt out and nice on line facilities to edit the emails. I used it for an orchestra I was sending out emails for... you send out one email and once you import the list (and you can add by typing in also) that's it. Check it out... it's only $15 bucks a month:

I don't understand why it was necessary for folks to snap at each other here but anyway, I guess the storm is ended (hopefully) so I won't say more.. just we are all together here...

Well I see in my absence we have decided that snottiness was the answer.... if you read the post above about why we chose .csv then perhaps you will get the point. but hey whatever since I am so stupid as it was so nicely put below then perhaps that individual can start offering solutions instead of just criticism. Ideally we would be running a php script on a server where the individuals could just input the information,or an access database, or we could buy lists or we could purchase web scraper software, but this is not the ideal situation and it was a solution that met the objective with the least amount of technical knowledge and confusion.

I can "save as" .csv format easy enough...I just dont' see how it IS .csv I need the database in comma delimited format (not to exceed 400 emails), so it can be copied and sent in one fell swoop..

perhaps I am using wrong nomenlcature, but it needs to be in 'email ready comma delimited format'.
